Special Ceremony Additions

Special flourishes personalize your ceremony and add warm, happy memories as well as create fabulous photo-ops. These include the following choices.

Sand Ceremonysand_ceremony

A Sand Ceremony creates a visual representation of the merging of your two lives into one through the use of colored sand and glass containers. Some people have chosen beach sand from places significant to their relationship. This is a pretty ceremony addition and has the advantage of being safe at an outdoor wedding. Sand also works well with children.

Unity Candleunity-candle

A Candle ceremony works best at indoor weddings. The Candle can represent your new marriage or the blending of your two families.

Wine Ceremony

Couples love this very popular addition. It involves a box, a bottle of wine and love letters you write to each other. It includes a hammer or battery power screwdriver and often creates spontaneous and joy filled audience reaction.

Love Letter Ceremony

This is almost the same as the Wine Ceremony with the omission of the wine for couples who do not imbibe or parks not permitting liquor.

Family CeremonyIMG_0059

A Family Ceremony is a wonderful way to help your children feel special on your wedding day. This follows your Ring Exchange and includes a gift to each child.

Hand Ceremony

A hand ceremony may be as simple as the tying of your hands together to symbolize your union in marriage or an elaborate genuine hand fasting. There is also a wonderful Reading that speaks of all the exquisite ways you will share your hands in the long years ahead.

Your Rehearsal

Most couples choose to have a rehearsal prior to the wedding. Your wedding Justice usually participates. There is always a separate fee for your rehearsal.

If you have a very small wedding party, a rehearsal may not be necessary.
